The School is set back from the road in picturesque surroundings. The school’s facilities consist of, two ovals, lush lawns, playgrounds along with its own stadium. Classrooms have been updated and are well resourced, with interactive whiteboards and televisions in every classroom, laptops, ipads and a range of learning technologies to ensure students are inline with 21st century teaching and learning. Our staff are innovative, striving to continuously update their learning to meet the latest Departmental requirements and initiatives. This ensures your child is informed, involved and challenged in their learning.
Students at George Street Primary are encouraged to aim and achieve high. This has seen our data sets above state across a number of factors.
We provide a stimulating curriculum that focuses on Literacy and Numeracy, taking into consideration the challenges students’ face as 21st century learners.
